A Nashville native, Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina. His extensive experience working with fraternities and sororities include leadership positions at LSU, Emory University, Samford University, and Austin Peay State University. He has also served as the Vice President for the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors and Executive Director of the Southeastern Interfraternity Conference (now Southeastern Greek Leadership Association).
In 2014, Victor received the Silver Medal of Distinction from the North American Interfraternity Conference. Additionally, two awards are named in his honor: SGLA Interfraternity Council of the Year and the MTSU Greek Man of the Year. He currently serves as the president of the Greek Alumni chapter of the APSU National Alumni Association. Victor is a member of the Sigma Chi International Fraternity.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from MTSU and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Supervision. Michai also serves as a Graduate Assistant for Student Affairs.
He is a Spring 2023 initiate of the Kappa Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. where he has served as the Assistant Executive Director for the State of Tennessee and Assistant Chief of Staff for the Southern Region of Alpha Phi Alpha.
